On 20 November, the chairman of the Tianjin Hubei Chamber of Commerce led a -member delegation of entrepreneurs to visit Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. Board chairman Meng Qinglin extended a warm welcome, and the two sides held a joint seminar on “Corporate Synergy in Going Global”.
