Recently, Liu Xin, President of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd., warmly received Song Jun, General Manager of RETEC, and his delegation in Tianjin. After in-depth discussions on clean-energy collaboration, the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking a new phase in their joint expansion of the global clean-energy market. Zuo Dayong, Vice President of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. and Chairman & General Manager of Sinoma International Investment Co.,Ltd, together with Wang Xianyang, Assistant General Manager of RETEC and Executive Dean of its Design Institute, also attended the meeting.

Liu Xin presented Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited’ s industrial footprint in clean energy, engineering & equipment, and building-energy-saving materials, stressing the company’ s solid technical foundation and extensive project experience in clean and comprehensive energy utilization. He noted that the two firms had already demonstrated strong synergy—complementary technology and execution capabilities—while cooperating on Zambia’ s green-energy project under a win-win philosophy. The new strategic agreement elevates that partnership. Taking the signing as a fresh starting point, both parties will widen and deepen cooperation, jointly landing more high-quality clean-energy projects overseas and contributing to global green, low-carbon development.

Song Jun spoke highly of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd.’ s professional strength and international reach, outlining RETEC’ s advances in wind, solar and other new-energy engineering. He said Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd.’ s broad global vision, rich overseas market-development experience and outstanding project-delivery capability make it a vital partner for RETEC. He hopes the strategic pact will forge a long-term, stable relationship, allowing both sides to open up global energy-supply markets together and promote large-scale development of green-energy projects.

The agreement embodies the shared aspiration of both companies to advance energy-structure transformation and serve worldwide low-carbon development. By leveraging complementary strengths and shared resources, Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. and RETEC will further boost their competitiveness in overseas clean-energy markets and inject new momentum into their green-energy growth.
